Order Terms
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and service by allowing us to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including passing your details on to the couriers. We are not obliged to supply goods until we confirm your order by e-mail or telephone.

VAT
All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT (where VAT applies).

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your goods, please return within 7 days in original condition and packing. A full refund excluding the delivery charge will be given. The goods should be returned to Returns Department after the inspection by a member of staff the decision will be made to replace or refund, as appropriate.

Payment
Payment can be made by major credit cards i.e. Visa, master card, switch, delta etc., by using our high security payment system. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

Refunds
Any refund arising in the event of a dispute or cancellation will be refunded within 10 working days.

Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail or fax us and we will respond to the complaint within 7 working days.

Trade Marks
Trade marks and names are of their respective holders.

Privacy Policy We will never pass your details on to any third parties.

Goods advertised may not be available.
If in the unlikely event that certain goods advertised are not available you will be contacted via e-mail to arrange a refund or replacement.

Product Changes
Unicorn Products reserve the right to change certain cosmetic aspects of their products without notice. These change are very few and far between and usually have no effect on expected performance of the products.
